Being equipped with CCCone, we are able to convert and create a supplement that displays the same language that most major insurance companies do.
Order/Receive Parts
Cloudburst Management is able to order and receive parts for every vehicle that requires them along with keeping them in an organized manner.
Data Entry
If desired Cloudburst Management can enter data into any expense software such as Quickbooks to keep the storm financially organized as well.
Update Customers
We will contact your customers by their choice of communication to keep them up to date on the status of their vehicle.
Final Billing

Cloudburst Management will create a final bill prior to delivery of the vehicle as well as explaining in full depth if needed.

Collect All Payments & Delivery
We are capable of collecting multiple forms of payment (cash, credit cards, personal checks, insurance checks) for each job to have the delivery of the vehicle run smoothly.

Full Final Breakdown

Cloudburst Management is capable of breaking down each job and doing all of the accounting of each customer file. Also, we can manage multiple technicians by tech sheets and pay according to your payment agreement.
